Cancellation is not possible as video materials may have been accessed for use.

What is the refund policy for virtual coaching/events at I-medics?

Cancellation more than 10 days before the course: Full refund minus a maximum of £49.99 administration fee. No refund for cancellations less than 10 days before the course. No refund if you don't attend the course without prior notice of cancellation.

Yes, for some products with the "Don't Pass, Don't Pay" promotion. If you don't pass the exam, I-medics will refund all payment minus an admin fee of £49.99. Proof of the results is required before issuing a refund.
